1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order number) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@igentv.com with your order details and reason for return. We will provide instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. For exchanges, please contact us at support@igentv.com.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos to help us process your replacement or refund.
